Dear Aunt Peggy, Jeremy and Hunter, Uncle Craig was one of a kind! I am so happy I sent my card off a few weeks ago, I do hope he had the chance to read it. I'm thankful for the trip Uncle Craig and Aunt Peggy made to Nome August 6, 2008; four years ago. Your dad made some nice entries in our guest book and the purpose of the trip for him was "Fishing & NO WORK!" Your Dad wrote "Weather was great, except for when we were leaving....but that was ok because we stayed longer that way (I believe there was a volcano and flights were shut down)." Your Dad wrote that he went, "Fishing, fishing, and fishing.....loved the fishing, just wish they were hitting a little better and there wasn't enough time for fishing" Just so you know Hunter and Jeremy, I woke up one night around 2 am and your dad had taken the car and he was out fishing. Tony and I were amazed how much energy he put into that and your dad and Bruce were quite competitive about it. I read through your dad's journal entry again tonight and the bottom of his entry says " No Gold panning; maybe next trip so we we'll have a reason to come back!" Love Uncle Craig It is pretty special that he took the time to write in our book and we are really happy to have that memory. Please give each other lots of hugs and know that all of us are thinking of you today. We love you! Angie, Tony, Cole, and Taylor

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I always enjoyed spending time with the Hill family at the NECA gatherings. Craig had a terrific sense of fun that was infectious. My sympathies to you all.
