Steph and Tim, While the loss of a loved one, even when anticipated, it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from us too soon. The of your son who has left us at such a young age is certainly in the category of those hard losses for which there is so painful a reminder of what might have been. Dear Tim and Stef, I am so sorry. My heart is with you guys at this time. I will always remember him and the joy he brought to me while I cared for him in the hospital and at your home. You both gave him such a beautiful life and such a loving home. He couldn't have asked for better parents. Thank you Patrick for joy, the laughter, and the great snuggles we shared. I never met Patrick but sure wish I had - what a happy little boy - his smile is very contagious - thank you for sharing his story - you are very special parents

sorry for the loss of your precious son patrick. I only became aware of team patrick last week via facebook.
