MADISON-Bouala Manavong, age 78, passed away following a brief illness on Monday, April 23, 2012. He was born on Dec. 1, 1933, in Laos. He was a High Priest in the Melchizedek Priesthood of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bouala was a devoted husband, loving father and adoring grandfather. His presence will always remain with his family. He is survived by wife, Seuth Manavong; children, Bou, Somphong, Soukpasong, Phoumy, Touny, Nam Chansy, Mytry, Narry, Baysy; and grandchildren, Matthew, Andy, Alex, Welker, Delvin, Brittinia, Tasaneeh, Nakia, Deronde Jr., Tahj, Samiya, Malachi, Phathaya, Dina, Roman, Gabriella, Mason, Nadia, Nhiyavani, Eulalio Solaphong. A memorial gathering will be held at the MANAVONG RESIDENCE, 1629 Wright Street, Madison, from Noon until Midnight on Saturday, April 28, 2012.
