Obituary:
OREGON- Patrick J. Mullarkey, age 69, of Oregon, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on May 27,1942, in Madison, the son of Lawrence and Virginia (Illgen) Mullarkey. Pat married Pamela Ann (Markeland) Jochem on May 18, 1996 in Hartford. After graduating from Oregon High School in 1961, Pat served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Following his military career, he graduated from the Wisconsin School of Electronics. Pat retired from Rockwell Automation/ Allen Bradley in Milwaukee after 30 years of employment. He was a lifetime member of N.A.P.E., Rock River Thresheree, Wisconsin Historical Steam Engine Association and First Presbyterian Church in Oregon. Pat is survived by his wife, Pamela; brother, John Mullarkey of Oregon; sister, Joan Schmitz of Oregon; his pets, Buckey and Smokey; step-brothers, Roger, Gary and Gordon Schmitz; step-sister, Joann Trainor; aunt, Isabel Fraust; uncle, Don Illgen; and many other relatives and his Brothers of the Thresheree. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Adelbert Schmitz; brother-in-law, Ted Schmitz; and sister-in-law, Sharon Mullarkey. Funeral services will be held at FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 408 N. Bergamont Blvd., Oregon, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, March 17, 2012, with the Rev. LeAnne Clausen deMontes presiding. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park with military honors. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday. Pat’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiac and Renal Centers, Agrace HospiceCare and First Presbyterian Church for all of their care and support. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Building Fund in Pat’s honor.

Visitation:
Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.

Service:
Funeral services will be held at FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 408 N. Bergamont Blvd., Oregon, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, March 17, 2012, with the Rev. LeAnne Clausen deMontes presiding.

Cemetery:
A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park with military honors.
